All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only; no refunds will be provided.

Sale items, hair accessories, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must have original tags intact and be in unused condition—free of stains, rips, tears, and any fragrances.
